We often think of potential as something far off—a distant version of ourselves we might someday reach if the timing, the resources, and the circumstances all line up just right.
But the truth is, your potential lives in this moment. Right now.
You already have the raw materials: your gifts, your talents, your story. These are not things you need to chase—they’re already part of you. The only question is how you choose to use them.
For me, that choice shows up through speaking on stages, teaching online courses, and sharing these messages with you. It’s my way of offering what I have, in hopes that you’ll take what resonates and carry it into your own life—in your career, your community, your relationships.
Your potential isn’t limited to one title or one path. It can show up in the legacy you leave with your coworkers, the kindness you offer a stranger, the love you pour into your children, the intention you bring to your relationship with your spouse.
So let this be your reminder: you don’t need permission from the world to start living fully. But if you’re waiting for a sign—this is it. I give you permission to use what you already have, and to use it well.
